Ukraine Family, Sponsorship and Extension Scheme and the Adult Education Budget (AEB) <>
The Ukraine Extension Scheme has now opened (3 May) and will allow Ukrainians already in the UK on temporary visas to extend their leave to stay. The scheme sits alongside the Ukraine Sponsorship (Homes for Ukraine) and Family Scheme. Ukrainian nationals and their family members, who are granted a visa under one of these routes, will be able to access AEB funded adult education provision, including English language (ESOL) classes, from day one of arrival. Barnado’s free helpline to support Ukrainian families
Barnardo’s has set up the Ukrainian Support Helpline to provide a holistic support service. The helpline is available to anyone fleeing the conflict in Ukraine.
